Stair building is a time-consuming process in the real world and in the CAD world. New England Stair Works symbol sets for Vectorworks® can speed up your design process and create realism in your renderings. The unique classing system allows more control over symbol elements allowing the user to me more productive.
Most symbol sets can be used in the latest versions of Vectorworks® including VW2024.
Using a version that is closest to the version of Vectorworks® you are currently using is recommended.
All sets for Vectorworks® include a .vwx file and a PDF Readme file on how to use the symbols.

Symbol sets for Vectorworks® 2020 and 2023 include 8' straight run subassemblies and 2 and 3 piece rake sets
that can be easily customized to your specific details (see example photos below).
Please Note: Parasolid files DO NOT include subassemblies.
The symbol sets are stair parts only.

It is highly recemmended that your computer system has a graphics card that can handle detailed 3D graphics.
Some objects may not render properly due to an inferior graphics card.

NOTE: These 2017 symbol sets do not include a lot of the new baluster and post symbols that are included in the 2020 and 2023 symbol sets. The 2020 and 2023 symbol sets have nearly double the content of the 2017 sets.
